- Assist Dial-A-Ride passengers over the phone with their reservation and simultaneously assist drivers over the radio call.

As Assistant Account Manager, you will:
- Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants and maintenance personnel on a daily basis.

Maintenance Worker
Pay Rate: $19.45 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hartford, CT
Shift & Schedule: 2pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday.
What we're looking for:*
- Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris are removed from all areas of the facility.
- Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office, and rest rooms.
- Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office.
- Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.
- Paint any and all areas of the facility as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all painted surfaces such as poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, islands, gates, etc. are properly maintained and look neat and clean.
- Perform tasks such as replace light bulbs as needed or apply oil absorbent to oil spills.
- Walk garage daily to note and correct any maintenance problems.
- Check conditions on the ticket splitters, gates, ticket supply, time clock, and other equipment for proper functioning and general appearance.
- Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc.
- Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed.
- Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment (such as weed eater), lawnmowers, or other electrical tools to repair or construct items, as applicable.
- Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager, as applicable.
- Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
- Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.
- May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
- Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Corporate Parking Enforcement Officer
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What we're looking for:*
- Patrols an assigned area to observe automobiles, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and other vehicles for parking violations.
- Issues citations for improper use of specifically designated, improper parking such as parking in crosswalks or other sidewalks, improperly parked motorcycles, parking in preferential areas, and related violations.
- Operate a license plate reading technology through touch screen interface.
- Supervise towing and removal of vehicles by contracted vendors.
- Checks the operational condition of enforcement vehicles and performs routine operator maintenance such as charging EV, and inflating tires, etc.
- Operates computer equipment and two-way radio, handheld device and technology.
- Completes data required for citations including but not limited to violation type, time, date and location of offense, vehicle license plate number and/or vehicle identification number;
- Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies.
- Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with a hand held device and issuing memes.
- Exercise proper judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with people.
