Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): - Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility. - Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading. - Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations. - Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms. - Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise. - Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions. - Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems. - Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor. - Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.   Minimum Job Qualifications: - High school degree or GED equivalent. - Must have possessed a valid Driver’s License for at least 5 years. - Must currently possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class-C with passenger endorsement. - Must be able to provide a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3-years. - One year experience driving shuttle bus or commercial vehicles preferred. - Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently. - Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends. - Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, in all weather conditions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending upon customer volume, shift, season, etc. - Possess positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills.   Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands of this position and the work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position. Job Type: Seasonal Full-Time (May - September) Location: Narragansett, Rhode Island Shift & Schedule: 6:30am - 2:30pm/3pm and maybe 8am-4pm Application Question: Will you be ok standing/ moving for your entire shift?   Position Summary: The Supervisor will assist with the oversight of the staff and operation, while delivering the company’s standards of customer service.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities  - Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports. - Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. - Communicate with staff on a regular basis and communicate policy changes, new programs, and operational changes. - Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. - Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable. - Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable. - Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. - Enforce policy/procedure, rules, and regulations. - Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer at the end of the interaction. - Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.   Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities  - Other special projects as assigned by local management.    Minimum Job Qualifications  - High School degree or equivalent preferred. - One yearof related customer service experience preferred. - Parking experience preferred. - Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written and electronic correspondence. - Must have a valid DMV driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience. - Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer. - Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle. - Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner. - Exhibit leadership, coaching and motivational skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.   The physical demands of this position and the work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.
