Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Driver Dispatchers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. 

What we're looking for:*

• Deep familiarity with Wooster and the surrounding Wayne County area to assist drivers with navigation.
  
• Capable of handling high-volume phone calls while simultaneously monitoring driver radio traffic and dispatch software.
  
• Strong verbal clarity for radio transmissions and a professional, empathetic tone for passenger inquiries.
  
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
  
• Quick thinking to reroute vehicles around local road closures or unexpected traffic delays.
• Support our safety initiatives and maintaining clear records of daily driver and vehicle activity.
  
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies drivers or supervisor of potential problems.
  
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to supervisor.
  
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must haves:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Good to haves:

• Customer service: 1 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
