Pay: $17.00 Per Hour Plus TIP$!

Shifts: AM/PM Shift

Must be at least 20 years of age
Must have been continuously licensed for at least the past 3 years
Must possess a valid United States driver’s license
Within the past 3 years, must have no violations including:
Driving with a suspended license
Leaving the scene of an accident
Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement
Any alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses
Refusal to submit to a BAC test for DUI/DWI
Safely transport shuttle bus passengers to and from the hotel
Greet passengers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with baggage loading and unloading
Operate vehicles safely at all times and document any vehicle issues using appropriate forms
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, drivers, and team members via two-way radio regarding routes, arrivals, delays, and customer needs
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in proper operating condition
Monitor traffic and weather conditions and report potential issues to dispatch or a supervisor
Promptly report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
Deliver excellent customer service by treating all guests with courtesy and professionalism

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement or CDL
Minimum of two years of licensed driving experience
Ability to pass a DOT physical exam
Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle preferred
Ability to safely and efficiently operate a passenger van
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, in all weather conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may vary by season, shift, or customer volume
Positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills
1+ year of customer service experience

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
