PM Parking Block Off Officer

Position Overview

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Employment Status: Full-time

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Core Responsibilities

• Handle equipment setup and signage deployment
• Organize equipment inventory
• Oversee overnight vehicles and coordinate towing with contracted vendors
• Utilize handheld devices and computer technology for reporting and operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service regarding parking policies and building locations
• Support maintenance staff with facility upkeep and equipment care
• Operate trailers and pressure washers for extended services scheduled
• Perform vehicle cleaning and stock supplies as required

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid DMV driver's license
• High School diploma and one year of related experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
• Competency in driving both standard and automatic transmissions
• Professional demeanor and clean appearance
