Administrative Account Manager

 

Salary Range: $55,000 per year

Work Modality: In Office

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Location: One Union Place, Hartford, CT

Ideal Experience:

  • This position assists with all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.
  • Perform routine bookkeeping functions, ensuring timely and accurate entry of financial data.
  • Work efficiently, effectively and accurately
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook
  • Operations and administrative experience preferred

  • You have minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience - including managing A/R, A/P, and performing audit functions.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of customer service.

As Administrative Account Manager, you will:

  • Complete required month-end reports.
  • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
  • Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination. 
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in shuttle fleet records, preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist office manager with administrative duties.
  • Manage cash receipts, create invoices and create ageing reports.
  • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
  • Respond to operational issues when needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with manager and other staff and assist as needed.
  • Process cash receipts and compile bank deposits for bookkeeper revenue reports. Ensure that all deposits are accurate and properly safeguarded. 
  • Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, surveys and conduct special projects as needed.
