Position Summary:
As a Valet & Bell Service Attendant, you are often the first and last impression of our guest experience. You will provide seamless, courteous, and professional valet and bell service that reflects our brand of approachable luxury—authentic, personal, and effortlessly elevated. Your role is to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure with sincerity and professionalism.
Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings safely and efficiently.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide clear information about hotel amenities and services.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize each experience with thoughtful attention.
Communicate clearly and naturally—avoiding overly formal or scripted interactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, driveway, and bell stand areas.
Collaborate closely with the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
Demonstrate discretion, reliability, and impeccable attention to detail.
Qualifications
A passion for hospitality and creating genuine human connections.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with a relaxed, confident demeanor.
