We are seeking a reliable and confident Valet Dispatcher to join our hospital valet team. This role is critical to keeping valet operations running smoothly by coordinating communication between valet captains, runners, and the front drive. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality skills, excellent multitasking abilities, communicates clearly over a walkie-talkie, and can confidently keep runners moving in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Clear, confident, and efficient communication over walkie-talkies
Strong backbone and leadership presence to direct runners
Excellent attention to detail with ticket numbers, keys, and vehicle locations
Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure
Previous valet, dispatch, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input valet ticket numbers into the valet system
Track which valet runner parked each vehicle and the assigned parking location
Manage key control and vehicle retrievals
Coordinate which runner is retrieving vehicles and returning them to customers
Multitask effectively while handling high-volume ticket input, radio communication, and runner coordination
Ensure timely vehicle returns while maintaining exceptional customer service
Keep valet runners organized, focused, and moving efficiently during peak times
Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced hospital environment

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
