Seeking an in-house Corporate Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist to join the team of the year at Propark Mobility, voted one of the top workplaces by the Hartford Courant.

How you will succeed:
The Talent and Career Development Specialist will support our amazing hiring managers throughout the country. This is a new role to help cover the expanding needs in our rapidly growing company. You will collaborate with management to find top candidates and assist with retention efforts.

Talent Acquisition
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to develop cooperative partnerships, serving as a strategic business partner.
- Develop a regular cadence of engagement with hiring managers to equip them with the tools needed to execute appropriate plans for their staffing needs.
- Manage job requisitions using creative recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Promote Diversity and Inclusion across company staffing needs.
- Use in-depth reporting to analyze successes and challenges with recommendations for improvements.
- Provide on-site support for new client openings, strategic staffing needs, job fairs, and other hiring events when the need arises.
- Provide assistance with HR and other company projects as needed.
Career Development
- Promote awareness/encourage employee action in multiple employee programs, including but not limited to the Performance Management, Career Development and the Accelerated Leadership Program.
- Work with team members to execute local and regional engagement events.
- Use of data and analytics to measure and improve upon the effectiveness of engagement communications, programs, and events.
- Promote brand standards in all job advertising, internal communications, and company events.
What you bring to the table:
- Your experience with iCIMS would be a huge plus, but not required
- Your written and verbal communications skills leave every person you meet feeling happy and excited to be working with you.
- You soar working independently and work well with ambiguity, sometimes serving as “detective” to resolve staffing issues.
- Your follow-up serves as a safety net for our teams and initiatives.
- Your technical skills in ATS, HRIS, and the MS Office Suite are outstanding.
- You see a challenge as an opportunity, and you are ready to “charge the hill” with our team to launch new programs and projects.
- Your education includes either a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience
