Corporate Services and Culture Administrator 
 
Salary Range: $48,000.00 – $50,000.00 
Location: Hartford, CT
Work Modality: In Office
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
 

Front Office Assistance:

  • Greeting visitors; provide a warm welcome and direct visitors to appropriate meeting areas.
  • Answer and route all incoming calls and manage the company’s multi-line telephone system.
  • Direct online requests to the appropriate departments to handle.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including word processing, data entry (Microsoft Office Suite), and internet research tasks.
  • Assist with deliveries, shipments, and work with vendors.
  • Maintain conference room and reserved space availability and scheduling.
  • Keep office and kitchen supplies ordered and stocked.
  • Assist with ordering corporate lunches, set up, and clean up as needed.
  • Provide Executive support as requested and needed.

Corporate Culture Initiatives:

  • Support company culture initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Assist the Director of Culture with administrative needs for special events (celebrations, summits, company-wide gatherings, and other corporate events), including by not limited to
    • scheduling
    • ordering food and supplies
    • supporting and assisting in coordinating events
    • booking and reserving on-site spaces, working with vendors, and assisting with other logistics
  • Provide administrative support for internal communications related to culture and engagement

Administrative Project Support:

  • Perform special administrative projects, as well as regularly assigned tasks from executives.
  • Keep contacts, directories, and the company slideshow up to date.
  • Assist internal departments as needed.

Must Have/Be:

  • Good communication skills (in person, phone, email)
  • Impeccable collaborative skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension (be able to take direction well)
  • Flexible and Adaptable
  • Proficient with phone, email, printers/copiers, and office and kitchen appliances
Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress preferred
