Human Resources Coordinator

Salary: $46,000–$48,000 | Full-Time + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing support via phone and ticket system
- Assist with onboarding, pre-employment checks (WOTC, drug testing, background checks), and employee experience administration
- Help with employee relations, including investigations and complaints
- Manage employment verifications and unemployment claims through ADP Case Builder
- Maintain and audit electronic employee files and HRIS data for accuracy
- Support compliance audits and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- General knowledge of HR principles and terminology
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business communication tools
- A passion for helping people and growing your HR expertise
