Responsibilities:
Prompt Vehicle Retrieval: Ensure fast, courteous service for late arrivals and early departures.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests professionally, assist with luggage when needed, and provide directions.
Issue Resolution: Handle lost tickets, misparked vehicles, or guest complaints calmly and professionally.
Vehicle Safety: Park all vehicles carefully, securing keys in the designated storage area.
Lot Monitoring: Regularly patrol parking areas to check for unauthorized vehicles, hazards, or suspicious activity.
Traffic Flow: Keep entrance/exit routes clear, especially during late-night events or shift changes.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate logs of vehicle tickets, key locations, and overnight inventory.
Key Control: Ensure strict procedures for issuing, storing, and returning keys.
Incident Response: Report accidents, damages, or security concerns immediately to the proper supervisor.
Lighting & Access: Verify that all parking areas are well-lit and access points are secured after hours.
Emergency Assistance: Be prepared to help with jump-starts, flat tires, or calling roadside assistance.
Shift Report: Document significant activities, unusual events, or guest concerns for morning staff.
Coordination: Stay in touch with hotel front desk, security, and bell services to anticipate guest arrivals.
Supply Check: Ensure ticket books, radios, flashlights, and cones are stocked and functional for the next shift.

Prior valet or hospitality experience — familiarity with hotel or event operations is a plus.
Knowledge of the area — helps in giving quick directions to guests.
Basic recordkeeping skills — logging keys, issuing tickets, and documenting overnight guest vehicles.
