Shift/ Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM 

Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers upon arrival and departure, offering a professional and friendly first impression.

• Provide directions to self-park or valet options, guiding patrons clearly and courteously.

• Assist customers with wayfinding, facility information, and general inquiries about the surrounding area.

• Handle parking or valet claim tickets, ensuring accurate recording of customer and vehicle information.

• Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles when valet service is requested, following company safety standards.

• Collect payments and validations, process transactions, and secure funds according to company procedures.

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming valet stand, booth, or ambassador station.

• Act as a brand representative by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and the company’s service standards at all times.

• Support overall parking operations by being flexible to switch between ambassador duties and valet driving assistance when demand requires.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred.
• One year of related experience with cash handling.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
