Wage: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM 

Location: The Ohio State University (OSU), 1560 North High St, Columbus, OH

 

 

We are seeking an exceptional Parking Garage Supervisor to join our team.

Are we looking for you?

Propark Mobility is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Parking Garage Supervisor opening.  As a Parking Garage Supervisor, your role is first and foremost, as ambassador to our client, their customers, and the team members within our organization.

 

Our Parking Garage Supervisors are responsible for exhibiting Propark’s culture and mission statement plus also recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of their team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fun, progressive environment in which people are provided strong direction and then empowered to complete their objectives.

 

Who are you?

  • You are at least 20 years old.
  • Must have a valid DMV driver’s license, for at least 3 years. 
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
  • You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with strong experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry. 
  • You have a flexible schedule meaning that the position requires working weekends and holidays.
  • You have strong conversational communication skills.

  • Develops and trains Ambassadors to ensure job expectations are met 
  • Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Promotes good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can do attitude, and willingness to help at all times. 
  • Responsible for completing work orders related to equipment issues or other reports requested by management
  • Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. 
  • Other related duties as assigned.
