Account Manager of Shuttle Operations
Pay Rate: $60,000 Annually Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential up to 15% of salary

Shift & Schedule: Monday-Friday : 3:00 AM-1:00 PM

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shuttle transportation operation, including employee management, vehicle scheduling, customer service, and on-the-ground execution. This position also includes hands-on driving duties, requiring you to transport employees to and from the designated drop-off and pick-up locations using a company shuttle vehicle. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a current driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Supervise and support shuttle drivers, valet attendants, and line-level staff.
Create, approve, and manage team schedules, ensuring proper staffing across all shifts.
Monitor and respond to operational issues, including after-hours emergencies.
Assist with payroll and operational reporting.
Oversee customer service delivery and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Attend client meetings and maintain strong on-site client relationships.
Ensure compliance with all Propark policies, client requirements, and safety standards.
Drive the shuttle bus to transport employees to and from the facility safely and efficiently.
Provide professional, courteous, and friendly service during all passenger interactions.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Monitor shuttle condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members via two-way radio or phone.
Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
Willingness and ability to drive company shuttles as part of daily responsibilities.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in parking, transportation, or hospitality.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Comfortable working split shifts, evenings, and weekends if needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
Previous experience operating a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle.
CDL license (not required but highly preferred).
Customer service or hospitality industry experience.
Familiarity with ADP or payroll systems.
