Assistant Account Manager - Parking Operations
Pay Rate: $56.000-$60.000
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday, Holidays & Weekends.

What we're looking for:*
- Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants and Shuttle drivers daily.
- Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
- Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination.
- Provide continuous customer service and operations training to cashiers, valets, Supervisors and shuttle drivers to ensure high service standards and client expectations at the design location.
- Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Assist Account Manager with administrative duties.
- Patrol and monitor safety and cleanliness of parking garage and facility.
- Handle damage claims and ensure each incident is documented and dealt with professionalism.
Supervise the process of overnight payments and ensure accuracy for bookkeeper and revenue collection reports.
- Assist in reviewing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
- Familiarity with Flash parking and Parkonnect Platforms is a plus.
- Assist in reconciliation of timecards and submission of payroll for staff.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
- May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences.
- May be asked to fill in for Account Manager in his/her absence or on second shift/weekends.
- Prepare reports, survey and conduct special projects as needed.

Good to haves:
- This position assists with all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing the front-line team of several 3 valet stations Hotel, Residences and VIP Villas. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset.
- Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight
- Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
- Strong abilities in Flash Parking Platform and Parkonnect required.
