Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hourly 

Schedule: Full-time & Part-time; includes days, evenings

Location: Wooster, Ohio 

This position is responsible for the safe transportation of passengers traveling throughout the Wooster (Wayne County) area and demonstrates superior customer skills.

What we are looking for: 

• Provides safe and reliable transportation service to the general public, senior and ADA
passengers.
• Reports any maintenance problems to Dispatch in accordance with company procedures.
• Reports for duty following a set shift schedule.
• May be required to operate Circulator Bus Service or On Demand Service.
• Exercises passenger management and exceptional customer service.
• Operates a two way radio to communicate with Dispatch.
• Follows an assigned route using a tablet for stop by stop information, fare collection and
navigation.
• Cleans and fuels assigned vehicle on a daily basis to ensure neat and presentable
appearance.
• Reports for duty in company provided uniforms fully prepared for service.
• Fully completes all required paperwork in an accurate manner (including route trip sheets, fare
collection sheets, and vehicle inspection).
• Follows company and client specific standard operating procedures SOP's.
• Prepares vehicle for inclement weather conditions, including scraping or cleaning windows,
applying tire chains.
• Safely and efficiently utilizes vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios, and
emergency equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must haves: 

• Clean driving record with a minimum three (3) years of driving history.
• Presents working knowledge of Wooster and Wayne County.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Punctual in attendance.
• Ability to secure wheelchairs, bend, push and pull up to fifty pounds.
