Regional Manager

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000; Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential
Work Modality: On-Site

Location: Bellflower and surrounding LA Area, CA

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive management and operational experience in hospitality, parking, transportation, or a related industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transportation, bus, and/or passenger mobility services industry is required.
  • Experience with financial statements/accounting, P&L reporting and budgeting.
  • Established experience with scheduling, payroll, and creating and managing budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is preferred.

Skills and Abilities Needed:

  • Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations applicable to transportation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of DOT Federal Regulations.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Company requirements on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility in schedule in order to meet operational needs.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ADP.

As Regional Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the daily operations within assigned areas perform in accordance with company policy by ensuring each location is properly staffed and follows set opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage teams, comprised of both professional and hourly workforce individuals, by sourcing candidates, ensuring onboarding and training are provided consistently, and developing key talent.
  • Handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
  • Review management reports and client statements to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
  • Develop annual budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility by evaluating budgetary needs and reducing expenses.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable within targeted goals.
  • Coordinate transition of new locations, including openings and/or closings.
  • Review incident claims, internal audit scores, and Workers’ Comp trends, and work with leadership to resolve performance gaps.
