What we're looking for:*
The EV Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This position will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date operational communications, incoming and outgoing maintenance tickets, and comprehensive maintenance documentation for the EV charging team. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across our portfolio to contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance program standards and provide essential operational support to the EV charging team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and track all incoming and outgoing maintenance requests and tickets, ensuring timely assignment, updates, and resolution.
- Communication Management: Organize and maintain clear records of operational emails and other communications related to maintenance activities.
- Documentation Control: Develop, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation, including service logs, repair records, warranty information, and equipment manuals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with site managers, technicians, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and installations.
- Program Standards Support: Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules, service level agreements, and other program standards to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of EV charging assets.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the EV charging team, including scheduling, parts coordination, and vendor communication.
- Reporting: Generate reports on maintenance activities, ticket status, and key performance indicators as required.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of critical spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulations related to electric vehicles and high-voltage systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in maintenance workflows and documentation management.

Must haves:
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination, fleet management, or a related field; electric vehicle experience highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software or ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of electric vehicle technology and charging infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot logistical issues.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with both coworkers and customers.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
