Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring prompt service and adherence to all safety regulations.
Maintain a secure and organized valet area while managing vehicle traffic efficiently.
Inspect vehicles upon arrival for any pre-existing damage and document accordingly.
Maintain proper key handling and security procedures.
Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions.
Assist guests with luggage upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure.
Escort guests to their rooms while offering a brief overview of hotel features and services.
Deliver packages, messages, and other items to guest rooms promptly.
Handle guest requests, such as arranging transportation or special accommodations.
Ensure the lobby, entrance, and guest areas remain clean and presentable at all times.
Assist with group check-ins, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in luxury hospitality, valet parking, or bell services is preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional appearance.
Strong physical stamina to lift luggage and stand for long periods.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
