$10 per hour for morning shifts PLUS cash $ Tips
$12 per hour for evening shifts PLUS cash $ Tips
Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License

Job Summary:
The Hotel Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for providing a warm welcome and efficient parking services to guests. This role involves safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. The attendant must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and attention to detail while maintaining a secure and organized valet operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering courteous and professional service.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
Assist guests with luggage, directions, and other inquiries related to hotel services.
Maintain an organized valet area, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic at the hotel entrance.
Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and issue claim tickets to guests.
Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and report any issues to management.
Follow proper key-handling procedures to ensure security and guest trust.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities when requested.
Work closely with front desk staff, bellhops, and other hotel team members to enhance the guest experience.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including dress code and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, or a related customer service role is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
