On-Call Opportunity; Various Shifts
Position Summary:
A Traffic Director provides superior customer service and support to all users of the facility. Duties include customer service, directing traffic, maintaining the flow of traffic, ensuring that the area immediately around them is clear of obstacles, and assisting the manager/supervisor as is needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.
- Flag Drivers in the correct direction.
- Assisting Supervisor to make necessary traffic direction changes with urgency.
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
- Other special projects as assigned by location management.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- High School degree preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Physical Demands: The physical demands of this position requires you to work outdoor and, on your feet, the entire shift; RAIN or SHINE! Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.
Work Environment: The employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
