Lead Shuttle Driver
CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement
Pay: $25.00 per hour.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Los Angeles Exposition Park/ Brentwood area.
Shift & Schedule: Monday through Friday may include weekends.
Must Have: Supervisory experience and a CDL, 3 Years Driver’s License, P Endorsement

Propark Mobility is currently hiring a lead driver that can start immediately.
What we're looking for:*
- Lead and coordinate a team of drivers.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge on Microsoft programs.
- Comply with company reporting policies and procedures.
- Assured Propark LLC safety standards by continuously monitoring staff for adherence to rule regulations and schedules.
- Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations
- Check deployment hours and drivers schedule, provide field supervision as required, furnish advice assistance and directions regarding to situations that might arise as a result of shuttle operations. Monitor and evaluate operators field activities and skill levels.
- Monitors’ route completion and equipment through field inspections investigate and report any schedule and route deficiencies or problems. Recommend changes as necessary.
- Be the point of contact between operators, management, and customers.
- Take charge of accidents or other emergency scenes. Ensuring safety and security of operators, customers and company equipment. Operate vehicles when necessary. Re-route vehicles and adjust service route in response to field conditions. Conduct on-the-scene accident documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and execute contingency plans for unexpected weather and route conditions, equipment failure, operator illness, call off and/or similar occurrences.
- Document daily operations activities; carry out special projects; prepare written reports; and maintain various administrative records; driver’s attendance report and overtime log.
- Perform the job responsibilities of a shuttle operator in emergency situations or as needed to provide service coverage, work as a release driver to cover daily breaks.
- Administer and enforce uniform policies, grooming standards for operations personnel (operators).

Must haves:
- At least 23 years old.
- A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
- The ability to operate a passenger commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Work flexible hours.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
- Engage in regular pushing, pulling, standing, kneeling and stooping: Particularly when loading, unloading tying down, and securing wheelchairs.
- Must have a clean background.
Good to haves:
- Customer service: 1 year+
- Supervisory experience 1 year+
- Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 3 year+
- CPR/AED First-Aid certification.
- Verification of Transit Training Credential (VTT).

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.

• Terms and conditions apply.
• Bonus will be paid in three (4) payments: 4 payments at 60, 90, 120 and 150-days. $500 after 60-days, $500 after 90-days, $500 after 120-days, and $500 after 150 days.
- Bonus opportunity ends 12/31/2024.
• Must be employed full time and working full time to receive each installment. - Must have a VTT Commercial License with a Passenger Endorsement on hire in order to receive bonus.
