Parking Coordinator

 

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour 

Job Type: Full-time 

Location: Kirkland, Washington

Shift & Schedule: First shift

Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License

What we're looking for:*

  • Help promote teamwork and good communication in a customer service environment. 
  • Work independently to respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Audit parking inventory/parking access/ parking permits at multiple sites
  • Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging parking inventory at local and remote sites.
  • Advise clients about parking needs on a daily basis as well as for and event needs. 
  • Maintain log of parking violators, and client communications as applicable
  • Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. 
  • Perform event work, traffic control, and lot counts as needed.

Must haves:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
  • You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or client communications. 
  • You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
  • Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
  • You are self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.
  • You see a challenge as an opportunity and are looking for a position with a chance for growth. 
  • You have a flexible schedule meaning that the position may require working evenings.
  • You have very strong written communication skills.
  • You have an exceptional way with people and you want more.

Good to haves:

  • Sheets experience: 1 year
  • Client Communication: 1 year
  • Customer service: 1 year+
