Location: Portland, Oregon

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Work type: Full-time Opportunity

 

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Residential Concierges for part-time opportunities.

 

You are the first impression of 5 MLK. You will greet residents and visitors of the building with a warm welcome and assist them as needed. The concierge sets the tone and is a valuable team member of the property.  

 

What we're looking for:* 

  • Greet Residents, Guests, and Visitors  
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents. 
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management. 
  • Answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns. 
  • Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access. 
  • Document in and complete the daily shift report. 
  • And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Must haves:

  • You are at least 20 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Good to haves:

  • Yardi Concierge: 1 year+
  • Customer service: 1 year+

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form. 
  • Maintain a neat and orderly desk at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings. 
  • Maintain the required company standards by wearing the company uniform, stating the company greeting, answering customer questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit. 
  • Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner. 

  

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.  
  • Other special projects as assigned by location management.  

  

Minimum Job Qualifications  

  • A high school degree or GED equivalent preferred.    
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment, interacting with other employees in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with the residents, providing resolution as needed to resident issues. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
