    Propark America is seeking a new candidate for our "Command Center Analyst" position based in Hartford, CT. Our Command Center analysts are primarily responsible for answering parking-related phone calls and handling parking-related issues over the phone. Our Command Center operates 24/7/365. Candidates interested in this position must be able to follow their roster strictly without calling out. Candidates must also have reliable transportation.


    Job Summary

    • The Command Center Analyst reports directly to the Command Center Supervisor and is responsible for monitoring the operations of automated parking facilities.  Duties will include:
    • Proactively responding to and resolving issues at remote parking lots via phone
    • Record each transaction appropriately in the database
    • Navigating parking access control software, logging all activities and events in database software, and working in Excel to analyze and present the data comparatively in reports
    • Researching and interpreting parking data obtained from location specific events, customer feedback from external websites, and parking performance indicators


    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    •  Respond to all calls and all guest inquires respectfully and professionally.
    • Create operational and statistical reports as assigned on a daily basis.
    • Maintain and update the Command Center parking management database as directed.
    • Harvest data contained in parking access and revenue control systems, interpret the data, provide analyses, and prepare reports in formats suitable for review and further analysis by operations personnel and clients.
    • Think critically and proactively to resolve issues observed or alerted to at select parking locations in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all guests.
    • Review/observe parking operations at select locations to determine if company policies and procedures are being properly executed and adhered to, and prepare quality assurance and other reports as directed.
    • Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
    • Work shifts during weekends/nights/holidays in support of a 24/7 operation, as required.
      Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Propark Employee Handbook. 



    • 1 year of experience in call center/hospitality/parking role or 1 year experience in data analyst/IT role.
    • 2 years of professional experience with data entry and Excel.
    • Technological competence including excellent Microsoft Office skills.
    • Good listening skills, interpersonal skills, and verbal communication, with attention to guest and client satisfaction.
    • Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities.
    • Reliable employee and able to quickly grasp new concepts, processes, and other data.
    • Ability to participate as an effective team member in support of 24/7 operation, 365 days/year.
    • Aptitude with operating specialized audio and video equipment.
