    We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Account Manager to join our award winning Canopy Airport Parking Facility's Management Team

    Propark America is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Assistant Account Manager opening for the valet and parking services at our award winning Cannopy Airport Parking Facility. As the Assistant Account Manager, your role is, first and foremost, to serve as an ambassador to our customers and the team members within our organization.


    Our Assistant Account Managers are responsible for embodying Propark’s culture and adhering to its mission statement while recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of their teams. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fun, progressive environment in which people are provided strong direction and then empowered to complete their objectives. This position reports directly to the Account Manager.

    To set the stage further - here are some of the things you can expect:


    • Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets,attendants and maintenance personnel on a daily basis.
    • Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
    • Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, training new and existing employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination.
    • Provide a stellar environment through proactive maintenance of the facility and shuttles, regular monitoring of safety and cleanliness of the property, and through serving as the point of contact for damage claims.
    • Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures, including assisting with work schedules, time cards, payroll and bank deposits.
