    The Parking Valet Supervisor plays a vital role in daily operations and representing the company. They will be excited to work in a fun, progressive environment in which people are provided strong direction and then empowered to complete their objectives. This role is primarily our ambassador to a client and our team members. The position will be responsible for portraying our company's culture and mission statement.

    Essential Job Duties of the Parking Valet Supervisor

    • Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met
    • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
    • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
    • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
    • Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
    • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
    • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
    • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
    • Complete required reports.

    Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Parking Valet Supervisor:

    • Minimum 1 year in the parking or transportation industry
    • Ability to train, lead, and manage teams of valet parking attendants
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to identify, analyze and present KPIs
    • Ability to work on weekends and non-business hours
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Valid driver's license and 5 years licensed experience
    • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time and work outdoors
