    Account Manager Needed in Charleston

    Parking Facility with Valet Parking

    Charleston, SC


    Full Time; Exempt; Full Company Benefits Package

    Compensation is commensurate with experience


    Propark America is looking for a motivated individual who is looking to grow a meaningful career with us.  The Account Manager plays a vital role in daily operations and representing the company as our service customer ambassador in a fun, progressive environment. Valet experience is required.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Supervise and help oversee parking operations, and staff
    • Assist with customer service issues, complaints, and problems.
    • Provide continuous customer service training for Propark employees and ensure employees are meeting job expectations. 
    • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
    • Complete required reports.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays in all weather conditions.
    • Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times and wear required company uniform or standards
    • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
    • Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures.
    • Perform general entry bookkeeping and cash handling.
    • Reconcile time cards and submit payroll for Propark staff
    • Maintain regular communication with manager and other staff and assist as needed.
    • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.


    Work Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of supervisor/management experience in the parking or hospitality industry preferred.
    • Valet Experience
    • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite 2007, Outlook, Excel, Word, and data entry
    • Experience with revenue control equipment
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
