    This role is primarily our ambassador to our client and our team members.  The position will be responsible for portraying our company's culture and mission statement at all times.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the parking industry and one to two years of prior management or supervisory experience.

     

    Although no two days will ever be the same, you can expect to . . .

     

    • Develop and train shuttle drivers to ensure job expectations are met
    • Review work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
    • Develop and maintain excellent client relations.
    • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
    • Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
    • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Review and evaluate audits to ensure the integrity of revenue control.
    • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
    • Complete required reports.

    Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Preferred: 1-2 years in the parking or transportation industry
    • Preferred:CDL A/B with an F,S,or V endorsement
    • Minimum of 1 year of prior management or supervisory experience
    • Ability to train, lead, and manage teams of valet parking attendants, porters, shuttle drivers, and cashiers
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to identify, analyze and present KPIs
    • Ability to work on weekends and non-business hours
    • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Prior experience with ADP payroll and data entry preferred
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time and work outdoors
