    Administrative Assistant Needed in El Segundo
    Full Time; $14.50 - $16.00/hour; commensurate with experience

    Propark America is seeking a dedicated, full-time administrator who is experienced working with customer service, billing, and other administrative duties.


    Propark America is one of the nation’s leading parking companies, providing parking solutions for more than 400 locations in convenient markets across the United States.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

    • Support Operations as needed.
    • Field calls regarding immediate customer and/or equipment issues.
    • Assist in customer resolution relating to billing issues.
    • Perform special administrative projects, as well as regularly scheduled tasks from local management.


    Minimum Job Qualifications:

    • Excellent computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and other applications.Superior customer service, verbal and written communication Skills.
    • Impeccable communication skills in both verbal and written language.
    • At least 1 year of related experience in customer service or related field.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and standards.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
