    Seeking a Senior Account Manager in White Plains, NY


    $60,000 Annual Salary; Full Company Benefits:

    Propark America is looking for a motivated individual would like to launch a meaningful career with us.  The Account Manager plays a vital role in daily operations and representing the company as our customer ambassador in a fun, progressive environment.  This position oversees a high profile parking facility within a new luxury residential high rise.

    A typical day might include . . .

    • Supervise and help oversee valet parking operations, and staff.
    • Assist with customer service issues, complaints, and problems.
    • Provide continuous customer service training for Propark employees and ensure employees are meeting job expectations. 
    • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
    • Management and coordination of special events that occur seasonally may be required.
    • Complete required reports.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays in all weather conditions.
    • Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times and wear required company uniform or standards
    • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
    • Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures.
    • Perform general entry bookkeeping and cash handling.
    • Reconcile time cards and submit payroll for Propark staff.
    • Maintain regular communication with manager and other staff and assist as needed.
    • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
    • Respond to urgent needs or emergencies at a 24/7 location.
    • General work schedule is Mon-Fri 7A-5P.  Ability to be flexible and adjust based on business needs is required. 


     Who You Are . . . 

    • You have at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience in the parking or hospitality industry.
    • You possess excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
    • You exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.
    • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent coomputer skills, including Microsoft Suite 2007, Outlook, Excel, Word, and data entry.
    • You should have experience with revenue control equipment within the fields of property management, transportation, or dealerships.
    • Your experience with risk management experience will be helpful.
    • You must have tehnical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and experience with hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling employees.
    • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
