Shuttle Operation: Assistant Account Manager
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Columbu, OH
Shift & Schedule: Variable
This position inludes shuttle driving.
Appllications requirements:
- A valid drivers licence for at least 3 years.
- Over 20-years of age.
What we're looking for:*
- Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, drivers, attendants and maintenance personnel on a daily basis.
- Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
- Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination.
- Assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers to ensure meeting of job expectations.
- Provide continuous customer service training for all Propark employees at assigned location.
- Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Assist office manager with administrative duties.
- Patrol and monitor safety and cleanliness of vehicles, parking garage and facility.
- Act as point of contact for damage claims and ensure each incident is dealt with completely.
- Process cash receipts and compile bank deposits for bookkeeper revenue reports. Ensure that all deposits are accurate and properly safeguarded.
- Assist in reviewing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
- Assist in reconciliation of time cards and submission of payroll for Propark staff.
- Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures.
- May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences.
- May be asked to fill in for Account Manager in his/her absence or on second shift/weekends.
- Prepare reports, surveys and conduct special projects as needed.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.
What we're looking for:*
- Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
- Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
- Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
- Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
- Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
- Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
- Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
- Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
- Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
