Propark America is seeking at least two individuals who will deliver the company’s standards of customer service with each parker transaction while maintaining an acceptable flow of traffic in and out of the parking facility.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and assist customers with parking reservations.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. 
  • Collect and disperse parking tickets,recording the required information on each ticket.
  • Assist customers with any problems immediately and be able to answer any questions specific to facility, hours of operations, general building tenant information, and nearby amenities.
  • Direct patrons where to park. 
  • Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and timely.
  • Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
  • Monitor the facility.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
  • Other special projects as assigned by location management.


Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid DMV- driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
  • Must supply a motor vehicle driving record from the DMV, which is subject to approval and is a condition of employment.
  • Must satisfactorily complete a road test with member of management.
  • Candidate must maintain professional, well-groomed appearance at all times and wear required uniform, per company standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to meet company and valet safety requirements.
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must undergo a criminal background check.
  • Previous valet experience preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to use cash handling/transaction equipment.

Physical Demands: The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs. 

Work Environment: The employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
