Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours) 

Location: 72 Middletown Ave, New Haven, CT

Shift & Schedule: 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Must Have: Basic Maintenance knowledge and Cleaning capabilities

What we're looking for:*

• Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by Leadership to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris are removed from shuttles.
• Clean shuttles, including interiors, exteriors, windows, seats, floors, and driver compartments.
• Conduct daily inspections of shuttle vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and operational concerns.
• Check and replenish vehicle fluids as directed, including windshield washer fluid and other approved consumables.
• Monitor tire condition, lights, mirrors, and other vehicle components, reporting deficiencies promptly.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean shuttle offices, dispatch area, and common spaces.
• Empty all trashcans in the office.   
• Inspect shuttles daily to note and correct any maintenance issues.   
• Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to Leadership to re-stock supplies as needed. 
• Shovel, blow snow from the entrance or exit office areas.  
• Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to Leadership in a timely manner.  
• Ensure shuttle vehicles and facilities meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support company initiatives related to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED equivalent preferred.

Work Environment: The employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
